Comparable rentals are typically ten plus miles away from Old town and are dessert scape boring brown with low end everything.  Briarwood is a quaint neighborhood with a family feel that you will want to visit over and over.  Enjoy the Dessert warmth and fun without being far from the prime areas.  Restaurants/shopping, Camelback Mountain hiking, Spring Training ballparks (Cubs, Giants, Dbacks, Rockies) are all just moments away.  I have had several rental agencies tell me this home and location are as good as it gets in the Central Scottsdale area.  You can leave the airport and be sitting at the pool with your favorite drink in 15 minutes.  

This home has High Speed Internet WiFi, Dish Network with 10 movie Channels, Adult Channels blocked or unblocked, 60 Digital Music Channels, Bose IPOD bluetooth system, Fireplace viewable from Great Room and Sitting Room/Kitchen, two car garage, Brand New Massage Table in closet and so much more.  The Kitchen has all the basic pots/pans, dishes, glasses (wine/water/cocktail), pool plastic items, etc.  My goal is to give you your own small resort feel at a fraction of the price.  I intend on renting this home only a handful of weeks per year to the same people visiting year after year.  I am available to tidy up and clean towels once a day or disappear for your entire trip.  It's all about you..
